Anna Finlayson is an artist and designer based in Tamaki Makaurau. Graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, DECORATION SAVES became a continuation of her interest in ceramics and it's relation to craft history and the interior.
Lying in bed- where the best (and worst) late night inspiration strikes, she thought up a method to replicate tin punching techniques on clay. This technique became homage to craft history, whilst embracing the influx of daily visual inspiration.
